Project Descriptions

St. George Trails White Reef Trailhead

Crew Leaders: Matt Knierim and Cait Healy

The crew will be working in the popular Red Cliffs Conservation Area building a new 1.2 mile connector trail. The trail goes through three distinct environments including riparian, brush, and desert. The crew will be returning to the Hurricane Hostel every night after work. Please be ready to leave the house at 7am every morning. MAKE YOUR LUNCH THE NIGHT BEFORE!

St. George Trails JEM Trailhead

Crew leader: Joe Gong and Kyle Harlow

The crew will be working building a new single track mountain bike trail off of the Jem Trailhead. The trail is over 7 miles long, so the crew will be moving quickly through the flat areas. Two sections of this trail will require rock work and retaining features. The goal is to create another world class mountain biking trail in southern Utah. The crew will be returning to the Hurricane Hostel every night. Please be ready to leave at 7am every morning. MAKE YOUR LUNCH THE NIGHT BEFORE!
