ACE EPIC Program
EPIC (Emerging Professionals In Conservation) Individual Placement Program
The Emerging Professionals in Conservation (EPIC) program recruits recent college graduates and young adults with workforce experience for individual placement positions in a wide variety of cultural resources, land management, and environmental fields. Highly qualified members work within their discipline to assist agency mentors while gaining hands-on career experience. ACE staff offers ongoing support and development to meet all of your project needs in the field, lab, museum, and beyond.Â
We work with national and local agencies and organizations across the US.
EPIC Projects Include:
- Wildlife and fisheries management
- Natural resource planning/NEPAÂ
- Archeology and paleontology
- Cultural resources and museum collections
- Habitat and ecological restoration
- Invasive species inventory, mapping and monitoring
- Facility, trails and habitat maintenance (Trades)
- Environmental education and interpretation
- Volunteer coordinating
- GIS/Mapping, and more!

- Assistance in drafting the position description
- Position promotion on multiple recruiting platforms
- Candidate screening and interviewing supportÂ
- Onboarding services
- Payroll/timesheet management
- Uniforms
- Ongoing support to ensure interns meet role requirements and goals
