Fully-Equipped, Self-Sufficient Teams

The ACE Crew Program

ACE’s Crew Program offers self-sufficient field crews of 6 to 8 members under the supervision of a trained crew leader. Hands-on learning in a team atmosphere allows members to gain tangible career skills while producing high-quality results for our land management partners. With additional support from regional field and office staff, ACE crews are fully-equipped to handle your complex project needs.

Examples of Crew Projects:

  • Habitat and ecological restoration
  • Trail maintenance and construction
  • Wildfire mitigation

  • Invasive species removal

  • Fisheries restoration
  • Forest ecology and thinning
