AmeriCorps Partnership

ACE and AmeriCorps

AmeriCorps is the federal agency for national service and volunteerism. As an AmeriCorps participating conservation corps, ACE provides one of the key AmeriCorps benefits to eligible members. This includes the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award for members who complete the required term lengths. Members can use the award to repay qualified student loans and to pay current educational expenses at eligible institutions of higher education and training programs.

Also, referencing AmeriCorps participation on a resume offers an added benefit since the agency is well known.

It’s important to note that not all ACE positions are affiliated with AmeriCorps we receive a specific allotment of AmeriCorps eligible positions each year. Our position descriptions will cite whether they are a part of AmeriCorps.
